1) Oceanwide specializes in the processing and production of belt buckles, body jewelry, key rings, bags & luggage accessories, clothes & shoes accessories, logos, photo frames, dog tags, medals & badges, cuff buttons, pendants and other fashion accessories according to your drawings or samples
2) Steel tools, including die-casting tools, plastic injection tools and stamping tools
3) Zinc alloy die-castings, steel (including surgical stainless steel 316L and titanium)/copper/tin milling or stamping with surface dealing according to your requirements
4) 2D, 3D sculpting and solid engraving service
5) CNC laser engraving and labeling service
6) Vacuum plating products (titanium / zirconium / aluminum and other metals)
Technology and equipment:
1) Knowledgeable and skilled engineers are servicing in our factory
2) Quite well 3-dimensional sculpting ability, offer samples by your drawings via E-mail or dispatched models by courier
3) Modern CNC sculpting machines, WEDM machines, SEDM machines, vacuum plating machine and digital laser engraving machines are equipped
4) Since we can make steel tools by ourselves, usually could offer our customers samples in 5 or 7 working days, and we could complete orders in 14 or 21 working days according to the quantity of orders
Quality control: we employ strict and meticulous QC checks on the materials and finished products to ensure that every piece of Oceanwide products meets customer's specifications
